    I solved the concern I have to install java reinstall 8 Ati 14.9 driver but then I reinstalled my minecraft (delete .minecraft folder). Discount forge 10.13.1.1217 took here "http/files. Minecraftforge.net/" my antivirus / firewall eset stopped what had the website "http/new.Creeperrepo.net/" I therefore permit is it works perfectly Sorry for inconvenience and for my english
