What to do with Core Mods on a Server

I am having trouble converting a modpack to a server. There are mods in the modpack that need a core mod but when I put in the core mods the server crashes and when I don't put in the core mods the server still crashes from the mod not having the core mods so I was wondering what I can do to fix this or do I just remove the mod that needs the core mod. The modpack is RLCraft it does have a download for the server but its just all the single player mods still in there. Server Log Crash Report -
