Can I use MC Forge universal for 1.3.2 in my Ocelot Pack mod pack? It has some good mods I have planned to add in it! I want someone to SIMPLY (sorry for caps, just want it to be visible!) explain it to me. Yes or no?

Its modloader compatible. Forge crashes minecraft when used.

I am planning to make a biome called OCELOT FOREST that spawns in the center of a forest biomes, and at X 0 Z 0 to avoid vt.class conflicts. Of course, it spawns ocelots( and chickens! ) and sometimes a creeper!

Look at this with magic launcher. See if it renders it INCOMPATIBLE.
