Might I suggest a single chunk chunkloader that would clip onto any of your pipes like gates do in BC?

In a nutshell I have an idea for an independent mod and some add-on content for a few existing mods (IC2, Forestry/Buildcraft). My problem is I cannot, for the life of me, program. My independent idea mostly has to do with mob based things. A way to can and transport mobs, make weird abominations out of existing mobs and make mob sorting easier. As for the add-on ideas. It mainly consists of power manipulation. For example I'd like to make a capacitor like item(s) for buildcraft that will allow only what amount of energy you desire to flow down certain pathways in conductive pipe networks. The biggest idea for an add-on is wireless microwave EU transfer for IC2. In simplest terms you craft a transmitter and a receiver and place them to where they have line of sight of each other. When they accumulate enough energy to equal the lowest form EX voltage it shoots off a pulse it would transmit with no energy loss and have a damaging AOE of 2 blocks in all directions. They will be able to transmit as long as the block in front of them are air or are blocks that do not damage entities (IE TNT blocks, Pistions, Glass, Glowstone, ETC) If you find any of these interesting please leave your feedback or would like more details on my concepts please contact me.
