Missing textures on IC2, GregTec whith Forge 10.13.2.1236

This is a problem in compatibility Forge 10.13.2.1236 with Optifine. I've tried to disable it and all textures has normal view. Because on Forge 10.13.2.1230 with Optifine no problem and all textures has normal view! -
Hi, I have a problem, after update Forge from 1.7.10-10.13.2.1230 up to 10.13.2.1236, some textures are missing. industrialcraft-2-2.2.653-experimental, gregtech_1.7.10-5.06.04, Carpenter's Blocks v3.3.2 - MC 1.7.10 and some other mods. Is it problem with my hands or bug of Forge? Thanks upd Without Optifine all textures has normal view.
