Thanks! I merged the sound codex and it worked like a charm!

So, newbie here, the first time i launch forge all by itself on a clean .minecraft, it works perfectly fine. Then, I put the Universal Electricity mod in the mods folder, and minecraft crashes when I try to generate a new world. UE doesn't seem to be causing the error; instead it looks like I'm missing a .class... Anyways, heres the log: And here's the crash report: Help? Anyone?
