    Minecraft Forge server wont open

    Hey guys i need help. Now im trying to install forge on a 1.6.4 server. So after i install forge i go and open forge universal then nothing happens it will add 2 files called (ForgeModLoader-server-0) and (ForgeModLoader-server-0.log) but nothing opens no server hub opens nothing happens. Nothing opens then closes super fast. nothing happens at all. I added forge to my acc and it still did nothing so i downgraded my java to 8u11 and the profile one works but the server still will not run plz help!!!!
