    Cannot Download Forge

    I am trying to install the 10.13.2 version of Forge located here http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php/topic,24376.0.html and am using the direct installer for windows as the adfly one wants to put too much stuff on my computer. I run minecraft 1.8.1 and I keep getting this error message. Error downloading: These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1 I have windows 7 home premium if that helps any.
