Here's the command: title run-minecraft java -Xmx2048M -Xms2048M -jar forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1291-universal.jar nogui pause

I installed forge through the installer I downloaded at files.minecraftforge.net. I start up the server using a start.bat that I made with notepad and turned into a bat file. I got the mods from the minecraft forum page for each of them.
