    forge 1.6.4 installer wont work

    Ive been playing minecraft forge for about a year now, and for Christmas I got an ssd drive. I had to migrate all my data, and in the proses reinstall forge and the minecraft launcher. When I went to launch minecraft after a routine forge install, minecraft crashed. Ive heard of the java version having to be downgraded, but it still didn't work. I just now got a new laptop, and decided to run the process again, but didn't work for a second time. Thanks for the future support.
