    [1.7.10] Not Enough Items [Help]

    I have recently started trying to make my own modpack sort of thing. I only have a few mods, but none of them matter for this. I'm trying to include NEI for this, but it won't even load Minecraft. I tried removing the other mods to see if it was one of them, but it still happened. It crashes before the game even starts running. I have CodeChickenCore along with NEI placed in the mods folder. I do have Forge installed as well.
