[Frequent mojang screen java out of memory and singleplayer crashing]

Hi,

 

Every time I try to enter my singleplayer, it crashes. Even creating a new one does it.

[Cmd Closes Right Away..Still runs]

Hi,

 

When I launch my server the cmd closes instantly, but the log showes it loaded successfully.
