its a .jar i coppied it into the mods folder thats all it says to do.

Everytime i start the game i get the error "Forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation the modes and versions listed below could not be found PowerCrystalsCore: minumum version required is 1.1.8" but i have the 1.1.8-9 in the mods folder.
