So I've been trying to install Forge for Minecraft 1.8. I'm using the 1.6.11 launcher, I'm on windows 7, and I'm using forge 11.14.1.1354. When I download it and run the installer, I am greeted with this image; If I try to go ahead and install forge for client it tells me "There is no minecraft launcher profile at this location, you need to run the launcher first!" Even though I have run the launcher many times. I definitely have my .minecraft folder in place, the launcher is working fine, I have a profile. I have searched up for fixes before but none of them work. Can somebody tell me what's wrong?
