  1. Okay, now ... I'm completely freakin confused. If I deop myself, I can open it with no problems. But that makes no sense, as with no mods, and no plugins - what permission that Op gives me would be CRASHING a client?? argh. I also realize at this point that it's likely not a Forge issue, but some sort of Cauldron issue. Edit: Once I learned the Op thing - I had some of the other staff test it with and withot op - They still don't have teh issue at all. argh.
  2. Server is Cauldron, with no mods at all (my machine, so when the problem started, I just made a second port with the same software and dropped all the mods one by one to try to find the problem). I can CONNECT to the server with no problems - It's the chest opening that crashes. I also just realized - If I'm vanished - I can open it fine .. but obviously can't do anything vanished. I tried again removing all the plugins as well, and still have the same issue. So basically a default, brand new install of server and client and the issue still occurs. Edit: also, ty for the quick response. Edit 2: Another .. small? noticing - I can open ender chests just fine. It's only trapped and regular vanilla chests. I've tried with both empty, and chests with items in it.
  3. I'll start with my error: And the full crash report: So .. the problem is ... whacked out. It started randomly. Literally. I was fine all last week - This morning I crashed whenever I opened a chest. I tried checking mod versions. I tried checking forge versions - Yes, I'm using an older version, but the server requires it. When I couldn't figure out what mod might be causing the issue, I removed all mods, and set up a 'test' server. Zero mods, still occurs. Fully reinstalled Minecraft and forge - Still occurs. It's a problem only I'm having on the server - My wife using the EXACT same files doesn't have the issue ... Any ideas?
