where can i find it on the website?

when i click on the forge download, it brings me to adfoc.us and is blocked... how can i download if all the downloads lead to a blocked website?

which one would be recommended for a noob? the recommended or another one?

First off, i don't know java but that is not what i'm here for and if you want to complain about me being here even though i do not know java please leave. my problem is that my WiFi has a website block thing called OpenDNS (I know there's a control panel to control what it blocks but changing it is out of question) , it blocks me from downloading the actual forge development environment by blocking the actual adfoc website. Is there any other way to get the forge development environment without going through the website?
