  5. so im trying to make a server for some friends of mine and i want it to be a bukkit modded server for 1.7.10, when i try to launch the server it comes up the the same error saying 'The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED.   8. so ive been trying to install forge and for some reason it wont install. when i try to use the installer it doesnt show up in the launcher and when i look in the versions folder it doesnt include the jar file and also the json file is all messed up. can someone plz help me.
