    failed installing 1.7.10 forge

    i tried to download the latest 1.7.10 version of forge and the 1.6.4 version but when it is installing forge to minecraft a screen pops up and says "these libraries failed to download try again "org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1""
