  1. I was wondering if anyone new of any good resources to learn Java? I want to get into modding Minecraft, and just coding in general, but I don't know where to start. I know google and youtube and all that. But most of the stuff I come across assumes you have some knowledge of programming. So I want to know if anyone knows of a good tutorial series or site that can teach a complete beginner. I'm pretty smart, and a real quick learner. So it doesn't have to be written for a child or anything. I just need something that assumes you have no knowledge of coding at all. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
  2. Oh, and here's the fml-client-latest log. I had to use filebin to upload it. It was too big for pastebin or else I would have used that instead. http://filebin.ca/22g9BsCCwEyH/fml-client-latest.log
  3. Okay, so I'm running single player Minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge Version 10.10.13.3.1408 on MultiMc 0.4.6. What happens is when I start up Minecraft it loads all the way (through that new Forge graphic loading screen which I like a lot) and then freezes on a maximized white screen when It goes to launch the client full-screen. This just started happening when I updated to Forge 10.10.13.3.1407 and I don't why. I've tried multiple things to fix this issue but nothing seems to work. I've rolled back Forge multiple versions. I've also rolled back the mods I've updated since this this started happening. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen every time. Just more often than not. It happens even if I try a Forge Version prior to 1407. When it does finally decide to start up. It runs perfectly fine. I have a pretty decent computer, so I don't think that's the problem. When it actually runs, I get a full 60 fps even with the 150 or so mods I have installed and the graphics set to max. I don't have Optifine or anything like that installed either. It's just getting pretty frustrating considering the amount of time it takes modded Minecraft to start up even on a really nice pc. And then having to do it 5 or 6 times on top of that. I don't know if this can be defined as a true crash, as it doesn't generate a crash report. I don't even know if this is even a forge problem. Correlation doesn't imply causation and all that. I have a copy of the server log if that helps - (http://pastebin.com/B4UP4w1x). It always gets stuck at the same spot. And ides or suggestions anyone has would be highly appreciated. And if there's any more info I can give that would help out just let me know. Thanks in advance for the help.
