So, I want to install the localized weather mod which only works on 1.7.10, so I went into minecraft an changed over to 1.7.10. Downloaded the mod and put the mod folder in .minecraft. Then I installed the recommend version of forge for 1.7.10 and when I install to client it get 1/4 way through and stops on "Unpacking packed file scala-compiler-2.11.1.jar.pack.xz" I have never installed mods before can someone please help I really need this mod. I am new to minecraft so please describe things easily. Thanks in advance.
