what would the order be and how do I get a fresh .jar

I tried that and still no could this error message I get when I patch forge with mcpatcher. could this relate to the problem? [1.2.5]ReiMinimap_v3.0_06 minecraftforge-client-3.1.3.105 aiy.class Only the files from minecraftforge-client-3.1.3.105 will be used.

I install my mods which are buildcraft, rei's minimap, and Equivalent exchange. the moment I install forge I get a problem where it will load minecraft up to the Mojang picture and then it goes white. below is the modloader text file. This is the error log please help
