    I have tried manually downloading the libraries which worked for most but not for these: org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-library_2.11:1.0.2 org.scala-lang.plugins:scala-continuations-plugin_2.11.1:1.0.2 org.scala-lang:scala-xml_2.11:1.0.2 I also tried: _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true and turning of my firewall and virusscan here is my log
