    Nevermind i reset my computer and it started to work again. But thank you for trying to help

    Ok ill see what happens I have removed ChickenBones but it didn't work so i deleted my mods folder re-added another folder with the same name but no change in the result.

    So I've installed version 10.13.4.1470 of forge and I've added mods to minecraft. I press the play button and nothing happens! I've checked the logs file but all i get is this. http://pastebin.com/n7CKQr0r It doesn't give me a crash log or any type of information just that. (If anyone knows what is happening I would really like to know)
