FilmForce

I've been trying to install Forge 1.7.10, and installing the client works fine. I get this weird visual glitch, but only when I have mods installed. I'd post an image, but the image button doesn't seem to work. The blocks have strange textures, and the text is either replaced by colored boxes or just not there at all. It changes every time I open Minecraft. This only happens when I have mods installed, but it doesn't seem to matter which mod it is. All the mods I've tried are for Minecraft 1.7.10, and so is the version of Forge. Has this happened before? I could be doing something wrong, but I've checked and I seem to be doing everything right.
