Win7. Latest java. Latest mc. Forge 11.14.3.1486
Starting from a clean install all around.
Minecraft has been run.
Attempting to install the client and it hangs as a hidden/minimized task after working a little. Have to manually kill the process.
And this is what shows up in the forge installer log.

Have also tried several other versions of forge back to 1450. ALL of the installer types.
All the same result.
Clearly i'm missing something simple. Any ideas?
