    Interesting. It worked, thank you. But why did it work? Is there a bug that is stopping the splashscreen itself from advancing and that cascades to stopping the whole program?

    As stated in the subject line, my minecraft stops loading when the 'Rendering Setup' gets to 'Render Global instance' I have already completely reinstalled minecraft and forge and the following log is the second runtime since the first after the reinstall did not work. Neither runtime has mods in the mods folder. Just blank Forge API. Here be log.
