so im trying to do a simple mod set with pixelmon and optifine i have use forge before but in version 1.6.4 so i already had the "mods" folder so i tryed getting rid of all my old mods and putting only pixelmon in it but when i opened minecraft and clicked on the "mods" tab on the home screen it only had the 3 forge mods so i was searching the fourms and found nothing that helped so i dont know what to do because i have used forge before i dont know if its because its an old mods folder or what please help.
