there is no logs i tried installing forge for 1.7.10 and it wouldnt install the libraries

where do i go and how do i do that?

i try installing 1.7.10 forge and when it downloads it says: These libraries failed to download. TRY AGAIN! please help me admin or someone plz

when ever i try to use the the installer for 1.5.2 is will stp downloading and come up with an error that the libraries wont install

okay when i try to make a world with forge mods(not many) it will just sit there and just loading world building terrain and it will just sit and do nothing but when on 1.8 and 1.7.10 non forge the world will load with little time does anyone know how to fix?! cause i am really about to kill myself over this! please help!
