I'm sorry im i a nub but i downloaded Jdk-8u65-windows-x64 and i get an error saying unable to install java there are errors in the following errors C:\Users\username\Downloads\forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10-installer.jar check that the commands are valid

I decided to finally get minecraft and forge so i can play the pixelmon mod so i decided to download 1.7.10 and opened it with Java SE Binary and instead of the normal installer window that every body else gets mine reads: Windows ® Installer.
