    Help creating Heads Up Display for Mod Version 1.8

    I am creating a mod for a class I am in, my group members have created the other parts of the mod and it is my job to create the Heads up Display portion of the mod. (Indicating kill count, money, etc.). I have tried finding tutorials online on how to create the mod but none have been helpful or even relevant. Does anybody here have a way to help me, or know of a good video for me to learn from. (Sorry if this post is in the wrong spot, this is my first post.)
