In case it is important, I am using 1.6.4

Hey all, So today I installed forge and a few mods that go with it. I have tried everything and this error keeps coming up and I have no clue what it means and what caused it. I was trying to download this mod list; http://www.ihascupquake.com/enchanted-oasis-season-2-mod-list/ I hope someone can help me and tell me what's wrong.
