Hi I'm GreenL4ntern and I was tinkering with Custom Npc's and this error occurred. It's not showing the random lines option. Has this happened to anyone else recently?

Hello minecraft forge community. In recent Aphmau a youtuber known for her roleplays have been getting more complex and I wan't to know how she is getting the custom npc's to move like that. I'm thinking that is a minecraft player and that she covers up her name. If someone can help that would be great.
