Imnuts!

It seems many people have this problem and when I looked through the fml-junk-earlystartup log, many mods that work perfectly by themselves are errored when put together. I found out that it was ProjectE causing it. I initially thought it was Forge because it wasn't mod-related. You may close this thread now.

There is a problem with switching to spectator mode from another gamemode. As soon as the command is completed I fall through the world and die because of void damage.
