I use 1.7.10 latest forge, and when I hold an enchanted item such as (potion, sword, pickaxe) my fps drops to about 40 FPS. I'm not sure why, I really want to find out why so I can use pvp mods without getting lag. I am %100 sure that it is forge and not any of my mods because I deleted all my mods and tried running forge by itself. please help thank you.
