    I'm running the latest, 1.9 - 12.16.1.1907, Is there a cache to clear? I also tried 1.9-12.16.1.1887, same thing.

    I'm having the same issue, no mods installed, just Forge with both 1.9 and 1.9.4 servers using Forge versions forge1.9-12.16.1.1907 and forge1.9.4-12.17.0.1909
