I deleted CoFH from the mods folder and it still won't work. Should I just delete everything in the mods folder and start from scratch?

Vanilla and Optifine work fine but if I try to load up any Forge version, (tested 1.7.10, 1.9 and 1.9.4) when I click on play the launcher window disappears and a few seconds later it pops back up showing the game output log, not this one. No mods installed into Forge itself, Optifine in other profiles directly. Here's the log for running 1.9.4.
