Well, I thought I had removed Optifine. So I just updated Forge to the latest v2375, and run it with minecraft and it worked. This combo didnt work yesterday when I tried them all out. However, today, minecraft with Forge and Optifine wont run. Optifine and Liteloader will run, so Forge and Optifine cant run at the same time? Is there a way around this? Thanks

I did. I removed the mods, and then I tried the process of elimination as explained above. I was able to play minecraft using optifine only, Any combination works until I add Forge

Up to yesterday I was able to play. This morning the launcher crashes just before it takes me to the actual game window. I have tried a process of elimination. I use MC 1.12 with Forge and Liteloader, then Optifine and 4 other mops. I checked and updated everything, then I tried MC 1.12 by itself, no problems. Then I tried minecraft wtih forge only, it crashed. I tried minecraft with liteloader only, I can play. I tried Minecraft with Optifine only, and I can play. I tried minecraft and Forge and I cant play. So it's got to be Forge. I'm am enclosing the crash report.

Minecraft 1.12 with Forge and liteloader. I've been trying to upgrade Forge since I last updated it in v1.12.14.21.0.2334 which I downloaded on the 18th. I click on Windows Installer, and it takes me, as usual, to the AdFocus page. Up to yesterday I was getting a message that there were too many connections, to keep trying, which I did to no avail. This morning, when I click on the file it takes to a completely blank page. I am following the same links I've followed since I installed Forge for the first time. I use the link that is provided under Mods in the Game window. EDIT: I just got this after reloading the forge download page Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Application_Model_User::$banned in /home/www/adfoc/application/models/User.php on line 36

I just moved all the mods for 1.10.2 to their own folder. and now it's working. Thank you so much. I was so frustrated because I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

I don't want to use all those mods that are from 1.10.4. How do I start a brand new MC 1.11 with Forge with none of those mods?

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade to MC 1.11 with Forge 1.11 and I've started the game using 1.11, then exited, then I installed Forge as usual, it was successful, then I went to PRofiles in the launcher, chose Forge profile, made sure it pointed to forge 1.11 and mc 1.11 and I keep getting a crash I really don't know where I'm going wrong. I've been updating Forge all throughout 1.10.2 with no problems.

Thank you. I make a backup of my world every two days, just in case.

From 1.9.4 to 1.10.2, will my world with all the mods still be intact? I know I have to update each and every mod to the 1.10.02 version. I'm just worried I'll lose the world in 1.9.4.

The last three Forge updates that aren't showing I also used with Liteloader, yet they don't show up. It's intriguing. Anyway, I appreciate your time and effort. Thank you

So how come those got created? I didn't do that. Im about a month old to minecraft and still learning. All I know is I download the files and they show up there. I'm curious to know why the last three updates haven't shown up in that drop down list.
