    Question re: setting up Forger server

    In this post, a user was told to run the Minecraft client launcher first, then install forge. To set up a server, should I install and start up a vanilla server (to load the files) before installing forge on the server? I did find this post, but it doesn't clearly address my question: - how do i make a server
