    Information from plugin to mod [1.7.10]

    Hi all! I want to send information from plugin (with custom packets) to mod, how to make this? I know how to make in mod (with FMLProxyPacket), but i don`t know how make it in plugin Who can send me manuals to plugin and mod? And how to get start it? Sorry for my bad English NB! I use 1.7.10 version!
