Neverimnd figured it out, aparantly Damage Indicators mod was causing this. Edit: Jesus Christ, I checked the option "alternative rendering" in the mod settings UI in game, and it now works without that lag!

1.7.10 NPC's not getting attacked by mobs Any ideas? Im playing in creative at the moment by the way.
