    Allocate more ram into minecraft server.

    I have made a working server for me and my friend but he is slightly lagging i would allocate 4GB of ram. Also i will be adding mods to it. And i have just remembered it says im using 4GB of ram but when my mate checks his stats (F3) it says he is only using 1GB?
