Irrelevent Mind

What I found in the Error Code is a Link to LWJGL, do I really need to install this program? If so, can you lead me the way how to do this?

So I Freshly Installed Minecraft, no Optifine, no mods, every file was left has it was when It freshly installed Minecraft. I have the latest version of Java 64 bit (Which My PC is 64bit). I did Run and downloaded Version 1.10.2 of Minecraft just to get Forge Prepared. Is always in 7/7 where it will crash because of some font file. (By the Way I want to show an Image I captured to show what when wrong during the process of downloading the Forge Files, but I'm not sure how).
