[Help Please!]

Hello everyone! Hopefully someone can help me with this,, I am trying to launch Forge 1.8.9 on windows 10, to play Pixelmon for 1.8.9. 

 

Sometimes forge will stop and "not respond" when on the loading screen, or sometimes it will crash.
