    Crashing when trying to enter dimentions

    I have a issue if i go to the nether or end it kicks me from the server and freezes my game so i have to kill minecraft when i re-login i get teleported like 1,000 blocks away from were the portal is and i die in a wall im using the new hermitpack on ftb with optifine please help thanks!
