i did i used the forge installer and selected server, i then added any mods that i want for the server and attempted to start it but whats above is all that happens

i just started a server for me and a friend to play on. I installed forge 1.10.2 and we running a few small mods along side industrial craft 2 experimental (IC2). we started the server but none of the ores from IC2 were loaded in to the world. i checked with my server host and they said i hadn't installed forge correctly. i followed there steps to install it but now the server wont initiate, can someone help me with this issue.
