Is there any way of knowing, short of trial and error, which minecraft forge versions are compatible with which versions of minecraft? I've tried to install the 'recommended' version of minecraft forge into Minecraft Server 1.4.2, and I get the error 'Invalid or corrupt jarfile minecraft_server.jar' when I try to start it. Is there any easy way to tell which version of Forge is going to be compatible with my version of Minecraft Server?
