    how to setup Sky Factory with permissions

    I'm looking for help on setting up permissions for sky factory forge 1.7.10 I am running my server through AMP (mcmyadmin 3) i cant even find where to set up permissions, I havent set up permissions on a forge server yet i have for spigot and bukkitt but never forge, any positive feed backs are welcome.. thank you
