    Can't install Forge at all, for any version.

    I've been trying to install Forge a multitude of versions for days now and it just won't work for me. Just recently I started playing some Minecraft again after years of ignoring it, and I'd really enjoy it a lot more if I could run some simple af mods on it like a damn map. Anyhow, for some reason, Forge won't install on my machine. It downloads the libraries just fine (it seems). Then, once the download is done, the Java Mod System Installer just minimizes to the taskbar and nothing happens (I never get a successfully installed messaged NOR an error message). So far I've tried pretty much every version of Forge with every version of Minecraft. I uninstalled, Forge, Minecraft, Java, re-installed everything to no avail. I've done countless troubleshooting steps but none of it changes the situation. I'm using the latest version of Java and Windows 8.1. No mods installed, tried using numerous minecraft versions. Here's the log from Forge: Any help is much appreciated!
