PixelSpark

Hello. I am trying to install Forge into a different drive entirely, seperate from Minecraft. It comes up with the error shown in the title. I have launched the version. I am in the right directory. I have tried solutions online, however they were all caused by not launching first. What do I do? Thanks, PixelSpark
