    [1.11] Changing Brightness Level Based On Dimension

    I am very new to modding and I am trying to figure out a way to set a brightness level based on the dimension ID. The reason for this is I enjoy the moody brightness level but not in the nether and end and after being unable to find a mod that can do this I have decided to create my own.
